Safewater Solutions Ltd are delighted to announce we can now offer you a full Legionella Risk Assessment Service. All our work is carried out by City & Guild qualified and accredited Risk Assessors. Most assessments can be completed within a couple of hours.

Your detailed Risk Assessment will arrive within 14 days of your visit.

Your Risk Assessment will include:

1. What needs to be tested and monitored, and how frequently.
2. A detailed schematic of your water system.
3. A review of your current controls and an action plan for any problems identified during our survey.
4. A full summary detailing your legionella risks, temperature controls and a management plan.

Please note: Our risk assessors can only access lofts that are boarded and are not able to carry out any water sampling.

Your risk assessment will tell you exactly what outlets need to be tested at the property, so please use this information when purchasing your testing kits.
